Questions

Does my customer install anything?

No. The card is saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already ship with the phone.

What counts as an active card?

One unique customer with your card saved. That is the only thing the price depends on.

Which modules does my plan include?

All of them, on the free plan too.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, and you change plan as your list grows.

Who owns my customers' data?

You do. We only process it to provide you the service; we do not sell it or use it for anything else, and you can export it or ask us to delete it whenever you want.

Does it work if I already have a paper loyalty program?

Yes, and that is where almost everyone comes from. You carry over the stamps each customer already has from your dashboard when you add their card, one by one. From then on the system keeps the balance and the card lives in the phone, which is where your customer actually finds it.
