When Loopy Loyalty suits you better
In some cases switching is not worth it.
If you run several locations and designs
Loopy Loyalty's Growth plan includes 3 designs and 3 locations, and Ultimate goes up to 10 of each. If that is what you need, look at their tiers closely.
If you prefer to pay yearly
Loopy Loyalty takes 20% off when you pay for the year up front. If you already know you will stay twelve months, run the numbers on both.

Create your card in Elune
Logo, colours and number of stamps. You see it on iPhone and Android before publishing.

Put the new QR code by the till
Customers save it when they pay. For anyone who already had stamps, you add them by hand from the dashboard.

Cancel Loopy when you like
Elune has no lock-in. Once your customers carry the new card, you close the old one.

Does my customer need to install an app?
No. Neither with Elune nor with Loopy Loyalty: both save the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How much does Elune cost?
It is free up to 20 customers. After that you pay by how many active cards you have, with every module and no cost per send. The tiers are on the pricing page.
Can I bring my Loopy Loyalty customers over?
Customers save the new card by scanning your QR code. The stamps they already had do not move on their own: you add them from the dashboard.
