They bought in March, they loved it, and they have not heard from you since

Clothes are bought by season and the competition is one click away. Points give a reason to come back to your shop, and early access to the sale turns your list into the first sales of the day.

Ticket high and variable
Setup points + access

Why points, and why access rather than a discount

Discounting by default trains your customers to wait for the sale. Access does not.

Points by amount, because the tickets are nothing alike

A coat and a pair of socks cannot be worth the same. With points per euro, whoever spends more gets more and nobody argues with the rule.

Early access is worth more than 10 % off

Opening the sale a day early only for cardholders costs you no margin and fills the shop on the quiet day. And it gives a real reason to hold the card.

The new collection gets announced, not waited for

With Instagram connected, whoever engages joins the list. The "it is in store" message lands on the lock screen, not in the feed.

What you write to a customer

Four real moments in a shop.

  • Sale eve

Tomorrow the sale opens just for you, 10 am to 12. Everyone else gets in on Saturday.

  • New collection

The autumn pieces are in. Coats go fast, and cardholders hear first.

  • Close to the reward

30 points to go for your €20 voucher.

  • After 4 months

It has been a while. Drop by this week and we will set aside your size.

How it gets running

Set up at the till, without touching your POS.

  1. 1

    The QR at the till

On paying, the customer scans and the card lands in their wallet. No email to ask for and no form to fill in.

  2. 2

    Points, per euro spent

You set the ratio and the reward. A €20 voucher above a certain spend works better than a percentage, because it is understood without calculating.

  3. 3

The list, for the two dates that matter

The sale and the change of collection. Two well-placed messages a year and you feel the effect; twelve and you get muted.

Questions

Does it integrate with my POS?

You can run it alongside, giving points from a phone or tablet, or connect it through the Partner API if your POS allows it. Most start alongside and leave it there.

Can I store each customer size?

Yes, in custom fields. And then filter by them: messaging only the people who wear a 42 when stock in that size arrives is among the highest converting things you can do.

I have an online shop too. Does it fit?

The card belongs to the physical shop, but nothing stops the reward being redeemed in both. The API lets you award points from your website.

What does it cost with 800 customers?

That falls in the up-to-1,000-active-cards plan: €49.95 a month plus VAT. Up to 20 is free.
