The coat has been ready for nine days and it is still on the rail

The paper ticket gets lost and the customer only comes back when they remember. A message to the phone when the garment is ready empties the rail and frees up the counter.

Comes back every 2 to 6 weeks

The collection message is what pays for the system

Before loyalty, what has to be solved here is a space problem and a phone problem.

"It is ready" without picking up the phone

The message lands on the lock screen and nobody has to answer a call. The rail empties sooner and the counter stops being a storeroom.

The ticket, on the card

The reference number lives on the wallet card instead of a slip of paper in a wallet. It does not get lost, and if the phone does, it is still on your record.

Stamps for the recurring wash

Wash by the kilo and work shirts are identical, frequent visits: stamps. The once-a-year delicate item stays out of the count.

What you write to a customer

Four real moments in a dry cleaner.

  • Garment ready

Your coat is ready. You can collect it until 8 pm.

  • After 10 days

You still have two items here. We are holding them, but let us know if you will be a while.

  • Close to the reward

One more wash and the next one is on us.

  • Change of season

Before you put the coats away: down jackets at half price this week.

How it gets running

It is the quickest setup in the whole catalogue.

  1. 1

    The QR on the counter

When dropping off, the customer scans. The card lands in their wallet and you can message them without asking for a phone number.

  2. 2

One message when it is done

When the garment is ready you send it from the dashboard in two taps. It is the most opened message of them all.

  3. 3

Stamps only for the recurring work

Ten washes, one free. Leave the exceptional items out or the reward gets expensive and loyalty gets nothing.

Questions

Can I put the ticket number on the card?

Yes, in a field on the card and on the record. The customer carries it with no paper, and you can look them up by it.

I run a 24 h self-service. Does it fit?

Yes, and this is where it shows most: there is no counter and no conversation, so the card is your only channel with whoever walks in. Stamps per wash work very well.

Can I chase people who have not collected?

With an inactivity rule on the ready date, yes. That is what stops the rail being occupied for months.

What does it cost with 300 customers?

That falls in the up-to-500-active-cards plan: €34.95 a month plus VAT. Up to 20 is free.
