The patient gets better, stops coming, and returns six months later worse

Discharge is not the end of treatment, it is where maintenance begins. The session pack lives on their phone, and the check-up reminder goes out on its own at three months.

The pack, on the card and not on paper

A ten-session pack written on a card at reception gets lost, disputed and forgotten. In the wallet, it does not.

The patient sees the sessions left

Without asking at reception and without arguments about how many they had used. It is deducted when the session closes and they see it on their phone straight away.

The check-up reminds itself

Three months after discharge the message goes out. That is the difference between a patient who comes back for a check-up and one who comes back with the same injury.

The record holds the reason, not the diagnosis

"Shoulder" and "post-op knee" are enough to filter and message. There is no need to keep clinical records here, and it is better not to.

What you write to a patient

Four real moments in a clinic.

  • Last session of the pack

One session left on your pack. Shall we book the next one now or leave it until you need it?

  • 3 months after discharge

It has been three months since your discharge. A check-up now saves starting over.

  • Cancellation gap

Tomorrow at 10 am just freed up. If it suits you, it is yours.

  • Before the season

Pre-season is starting. If you are increasing load, get checked before rather than after.

How it gets running

Set up at reception, in one afternoon.

  1. 1

    The QR at reception

When they buy the pack, the patient scans and the card lands in their wallet with the sessions loaded.

  2. 2

    Each session, one deduction

Closing the session takes one off. The patient sees the updated balance and "I think I had three left" disappears.

  3. 3

    The three-month rule

Set once against the discharge date. It is the message that brings back the most appointments of the whole setup.

Questions

Can I store clinical data on the record?

You can, but we recommend against it. Health data is a special category under the GDPR and calls for a different legal basis and different safeguards. For messaging and for tracking the pack, a generic reason for consultation is enough.

I work with insurers. Does it fit?

For private patients and for the pack, yes. Insurer work carries on through its own channel; this does not replace it, it runs alongside.

What if the pack expires?

You can set an expiry date and message before it arrives, which is what prevents the argument at the desk.

What does it cost with 250 patients?

That falls in the up-to-300-active-cards plan: €24.95 a month plus VAT. Up to 20 is free.
